The government is starting the process of forming a foundation under the initiative of Muhammad Yunus. Through this foundation, financial assistance will be provided to the families of those killed in the 'July Revolution'. Apart from this, initiatives will be taken to rehabilitate the injured persons along with their treatment.

On Monday (August 20), the religious adviser said these things after examining the physical condition of the injured patients and providing them with financial assistance in the anti-discrimination student movement at the Sheikh Hasina National Institute of Burn and Plastic Surgery in the capital.

The religious advisor said that the government is bearing the entire medical expenses of the injured in the 'July Revolution'. In this revolution, those who are under treatment in different hospitals of the country including Dhaka, whatever money is required for their treatment, the government will bear it. Even, if someone needs to be taken outside the country for treatment, that arrangement will also be made by the government.

In response to the journalist's question regarding the waiver of medical expenses of patients undergoing treatment in private hospitals during the anti-discrimination student movement, the religious advisor said, “We have also kept those who are undergoing treatment in private hospitals under close observation. Their medical expenses will also be borne by the government.

Earlier, the Dharma Advisor inquired about the patients being treated in the anti-discrimination student movement at Dhaka Medical College Hospital and distributed financial assistance checks among them. Sarjis Alam, one of the coordinators of the anti-discrimination student movement, and Shaikh Ahmadullah, chairman of As-Sunnah Trust, were present at the time.

It is to be noted that this financial assistance is provided today by the initiative of As-Sunnah Trust. The trust has already provided financial assistance of five crore rupees. The foundation will later provide another five crore financial assistance.
