In the statement of the case, the plaintiff Samsul Arefin pointed out that after performing Jumma prayers in Laxmibazar area on July 19, anti-discrimination march was started with the common students of Jagannath University, Government Kavi Nazrul College, Government Suhrawardy College and City Corporation Women's College. In this movement, an apprentice technician named Elem Al Faydi was shot in the head in front of Government Poet Nazrul College at around 2:50 PM and his brain was taken out. Then he died.
