In Comilla for the last four days continuous rain and upstream water has increased the water level of river Gomti and is flowing over the limit. Comilla upazila along with Devidwar and Burichong areas along the river banks have been flooded. Hundreds of houses have been submerged in water. Thousands of people are in trouble. details
