Murder case against actor Ferdous

A case of murder has been filed against former member of parliament of Dhaka-10 constituency and popular hero of Dhakai film Ferdous Ahmed at Adabar police station in the capital. The case was filed at the Adabar police station in the capital Dhaka on Thursday night.

Meanwhile, a case has been filed against 500 people in the same police station, including former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, Awami League General Secretary Obaidul Quader, cricketer Shakib Al Hasan, and 156 others in connection with the murder of Rubel, a garment worker during the anti-discrimination student movement.

In the 12th National Parliament election, actor Ferdous won election from Dhaka-10 constituency with Awami League's boat symbol. He won the election with 65 thousand 898 votes. And his nearest rival National People's Party candidate Shamsul Alam got 2 thousand 257 votes in mango symbol.
