Stamford University announced to close indefinitely

Stamford University's board of trustees chairman Fatinaz Feroze has resigned and the university has been closed indefinitely. This information was informed in a circular signed by the university's registrar Muhammad Abdul Mateen on Friday (August 23) night.

According to the notification, the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Stamford University has resigned. In this situation, from August 24, all activities of the university were announced to be closed for an indefinite period. The campus will be reopened when the situation returns to normal.

Meanwhile, general teachers, students and employees have called a meeting in protest after the announcement of closure of the university for an indefinite period.

The meeting will be held on Saturday at 12 noon at the Shahid Minar premises of Stamford University, Bangladesh. All teachers, students and staff are requested to attend.
