Fuel prices reduced, effective from midnight today

The interim government reduced the price of all types of fuel oil in the country's market. The price of diesel is reduced by 1.25 paise per liter and the price of petrol and octane is reduced by 6 rupees.

Fawzul Kabir Khan, Advisor to the Interim Government on Power, Energy and Mineral Resources, gave this information on Saturday (August 31). He said that the new price will be effective from 12 pm tonight.

He said this to the reporters before inspecting the Rupsa 800 MW Combined Cycle Power Plant project under construction at Khalishpur in Khulna around 11:30 today.

Meanwhile, the energy advisor said that the price of diesel has been reduced from Tk 106.75 to Tk 1.25 to Tk 105.25, the price of octane has been reduced from Tk 131 to Tk 6 to Tk 125 and the price of petrol has been reduced from Tk 127 to Tk 6 to Tk 121. advertisement
