Raghav Boals of the financial sector will be caught: Salehuddin

Finance advisor Dr. Salehuddin Ahmed said that strict measures are being taken against Raghav Boals of the financial sector. He said, as there is no opportunity to whiten black money, NBR will catch the money launderers easily. The adviser said these things in response to a question after the meeting of Bangladesh Institute of Governance Management (BIGM) at Agargaon in the city on Saturday (September 7).

The finance adviser also said that the DCs have been directed to be strict against extortionists. I hope that if the extortion decreases, the price of daily products will decrease. Taxes on potatoes and onions have been reduced. The price should not be seen only in Kawranbazar, other markets should be seen. Daily goods changed hands four times in Kauranbazar and it will be discontinued.

Regarding industrial factories, the advisor said that discussions are going on with the owners, workers and political parties to reduce the instability of the garment sector. It will be resolved soon.

Regarding the Ruppur nuclear power plant, he said that one unit should be commissioned first. After that, the work of the second unit will begin. Let's start one first.
