Order to ensure the security of all courts and judges including the Supreme Court

The chief justice has ordered to ensure the overall security of all the judges working in the subordinate civil and criminal courts or tribunals and their courtrooms and residences including the premises of Bangladesh Supreme Court. Syed Refat Ahmed.

Supreme Court Registrar General Dr. on the instructions of the Chief Justice on Thursday. Aziz Ahmad has issued a notification in this regard. The Public Relations Officer of the Supreme Court informed the matter on Friday.

According to the circular, the Chief Justice is deeply concerned about the unprecedented and unexpected incidents that have recently taken place in the premises of the Bangladesh Supreme Court and at the same time the undesirable situations that have occurred in the district courts of the country including the premises of the Bangladesh Supreme Court.

The Supreme Court of Bangladesh has previously issued instructions to all concerned to take necessary steps to ensure the overall security of every court or tribunal premises, courthouses, judges' residences, judges' cars, judges and employees including the judges and employees with the help of local law enforcement agencies.

The notification also said that the judiciary is one of the three main organs of the state. In order to ensure the rule of law and justice and to maintain the image of the court, the Chief Justice directed all the concerned authorities of the country to take all necessary steps immediately to ensure the overall security of every court or tribunal premises of the country, courthouses, residences of judges, judges and employees. .
