Amir Khosru Mahmud Chowdhury, a member of the BNP Standing Committee, said that some people do not want elections due to the various opportunities they enjoy in the current situation.

He said, if you can eat good food without election, then why want election, don't we understand it? We all understand. That food can no longer be fed. People of Bangladesh will eat interesting food.

He made these comments in a public meeting on the road next to Biplab Udyan in the gate number two area of ​​Chittagong city on Friday (November 7) afternoon. On the occasion of 'National Revolution and Solidarity Day', Chittagong Metropolitan BNP organized a rally.

Amir Khosru said, I want to make one thing clear, some people sitting in Dhaka are trying to impose the decision on the next parliament. This cannot be accepted.

He said, there is nothing more undemocratic than if people want to force their thoughts on the people by going to the streets without changing their political culture. So the people of Bangladesh want peace. They want to regain their democratic rights, they want to establish their government by voting, which government and parliament will be accountable to it; He will be accountable. So if you believe in democracy, come to the right path.

This member of the BNP Standing Committee said that those who want to obstruct and delay the upcoming elections must unite and defeat them in the spirit of November 7. The people of the country own this country. Their ownership will be assured through an election, through an elected parliament, through an elected government. So those who want to obstruct this election, they must be defeated like November 7.

Regarding the July charter, he said, a consensus has already been reached in the context of long discussions, the July charter has been made in the context of that consensus, so the chapter is closed. There is no way out.

Highlighting the shooting incident of party candidate Ershad Ullah, Amir Khosru said that some other incidents are happening. Ershad Ullah's mass was shot, one killed, our leader Ershad Ullah injured, several others injured. It is said that this incident happened in the conflict between two groups. It's okay between the two parties, but why should it be Ershad Ullah's mass communication? Why should it be in the political program of BNP? So the people are raising the question, whether someone wants to use the infighting of these two parties to obstruct the next election.
