Chairman of Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) Professor Shibli Rubaiyat-ul-Islam said, we will all work together for the development of the capital market. If everyone works together, the capital market will go a long way.
He said this while speaking as the chief guest at the Iftar mahfil organized by Capital Market ists Forum (CMJF), an organization of journalists working on the capital market, at Dhaka Club in the capital on Thursday (March 21).
BSEC chairman said, this month is the month of freedom, the holy month of Ramadan. We will work for the welfare of the country and nation in the month of Ramadan. All of us will shoulder to shoulder and take the market far ahead.

DSE Brokers Association of Bangladesh (DBA) President Saiful Islam said, the bond market has not grown as it should have. If we all work harder, we can make the bond market better.
President of Bangladesh Merchant Bankers Association (BMBA) Majeda Khatun said, We have applied to NBR regarding the issue of tax in merchant banks. Tax rates are very high in merchant banks. We hope that all of you journalists will work on this issue.
