Answer: 13 or 14 year old boys become adults nowadays. If not, very close to adulthood. When they learn to grasp such (sexual) matters, learn to know or these feelings are awakened in them, it is not proper for a woman to teach such a boy privately. Shariah matters very much. Its ill effects are very terrible in the society. We can see it when we look around. So that the crimes or sins related to sex do not happen, Islam has long said to prevent it. Allah says do not go near him.
