AD Didarul does not explore corruption and give time, trying to hang out before writing

Assistant Director (AD) AKM Didarul Alam, the acting acting police, is getting bigger. Chandpur- Assistant Director of Narcotics, Drug Control Directorate, District Office, Cox's Bazar will join AKM Didarul Alam on January 26 after allegations of irregularities in Jamalpur. There, this time, a journalist has been accused of trying to hang a false case.

It is alleged that a live broadcast has been broadcast on a local online channel by teaching an accused, which has happened for the first time in the history of the Cox's Bazar Narcotics Department.

A woman there complained that Dardarul Alam, officer of the Narcotics Control Directorate, had hanged her husband (CNG driver Bazal Karim) in the drug case. In the caption of the post journalist Russell wrote,
“Mosquito is a drug addict. Rashedar Ahazari, wife of CNG driver Bazl Karim, who was trapped with drugs.”

Talking to Assistant Director Didarul Alam in this regard, when the phone spoke on the phone, Dadarul abused him in a vulgar language. Shortly afterwards, the driver's wife called Russell and said that officials had threatened that her husband would no longer leave.

Then Russell posted a video statement on the woman on Facebook and the conspiracy against her started. In just two hours, an accused who was already detained at the Drug Department's office at 5:30 pm was given a speech against journalist Russell and it was broadcast live.

Experts say that a criminal can say the name of anyone who is hostile or by someone. Therefore, it is not legal to preach without verifying such allegations.

Additional Secretary (DNC) of the Home Ministry's Ministry of Protection and Services (DNC) Kazi Ghulam Taosif said, “If such an incident happens, strict action will be taken. If you give a written complaint, I am telling the DG, that legal action will be taken quickly.”

Meanwhile, Additional Director General (Operations) of the Directorate of Narcotics Control Mumtaz Tanvir and Additional Director of Chittagong Division. Zahid Hossain Mollah said, “If an accused does not confess to the court or anyone else's name in the remand interrogation, he cannot be accused.

AD Didarul Alam has been in charge of the same post for 25 years, from the time of Awami League, he has been criticized in various parts of the country. Jamalpur was ordered from the Chandpur office in 2021 but was involved in various misdeeds. Earlier, news was published in various media titled “Eddie Didarul, various misdeeds and women in women”.

Cox's Bazar journalists expressed their anger over the incident.

Cox's Bazar District Representative of the Daily Ittefaq and Jago News Said Alamgir said, “Such a plays against a journalist are extremely wrong. We want to investigate and judge it properly.”

Cox's Bazar District Representative of the Daily Jugantar Jasim Uddin said, “Such actions of a government official cannot be accepted. Dadarul Alam's previous acts should be investigated.”

Cox's Bazar District Press Club Organizing Secretary and Executive Secretary of the Daily Mehdi. Nazim Uddin said, “If journalists are the victims of false cases, then the free media will be threatened. The administration should take a neutral investigation and take action against those responsible.”

Cox's Bazar District Representative Saheed Ferdous Hero said, “The administration should take action against the real culprits without harassing journalists. Such an incident is intervened in the freedom of journalism.”

Local journalist Mahal and Awakening Mahal demanded a fair investigation into the incident and the removal of Didarul Alam. According to them, other journalists may be subjected to similar conspiracies in the future if they do not take immediate action.

Earlier, AKM Didarul Alam was transferred to the post of Assistant Director at the Jamalpur office of the Department of Narcotics Control (DNC) on October 2 after allegations of irregularities in Chandpur. He also continued the same trend of irregularities. The officers and employees under him are also unhappy with his behavior. AD Didarul's irregularities and corruption were raised by the police officers and employees of the DNC headquarters on November 27.

The complaint is said that Didarul's misconduct did not stop even when he came from Chandpur to Jamalpur. Didarul went to the operation on November 2 at the sexual intercourse in Jamalpur. He ordered the members of the Avijanic team to be out of the party, one of the caretakers of the sex and the cannabis business. At that time, a member of the Avijanic team tactfully took the picture on the mobile phone from a distance. On the matter, he was misled with the member on the spot and removed the mobile phone and deleted the picture. On the same day, the absconding accused of the drug case arrested Abdul Halim and released it in exchange for money.
Halim's son Mehboob Rahman spoke on the mobile phone last Monday to find out the allegations. He said his arrest warrant was against his father in the drug case. Dadarul left his father in exchange for two lakh rupees.

The chargesheet sent to the DNC headquarters also mentioned the women's scandal against Didarul. It was also said that if the drug dealers did not raise the money at the field level, he treated badly with the inspector and other members. Officials and employees from Jamalpur were reluctant to work with Didarul.

One day after the allegations, on November 27, Didarul also complained at the DNC headquarters against his office inspector Tarek Mahmud.
