Alia's 'Jigra' released

The trailer of Alia Bhatt's upcoming movie 'Jigra' is out. Where he will be seen with rising star Bedang Raina. The two-and-a-half-minute trailer features Bedang and Alia as siblings. They lost their parents in childhood. Careless people to relatives. That brother was arrested by the police abroad. And his sister is ready to do the impossible to get her brother out.

Alia is seen in an action avatar throughout the trailer. The actress was sometimes seen shooting bullets, sometimes fighting, and again doing car stunts.

There is a dialogue, 'No need to be a hero anymore, now you have to survive'. In it, Alia's character says, 'I will be the hero now'. Also used throughout the trailer is the song, 'Phulo ka starka, sabka kehena hai, ek hazaro mein meri behena hai'. Which was sung by Kishore Kumar, featured in Dev Anand's movie 'Ram Hare Krishna'.

Produced under the banner of Dharma Productions, 'Jigra' is also produced by Eternal Sunshine Productions. The movie is directed by Bhasan Bala. The filmmaker earlier directed movies like 'Monica O My Darling', 'Pedlars' and 'Marad Ko Darad Nehi Hota'. The movie will be released in theaters on October 11.
