'An unscrupulous circle is cheating on coordinated identities'

“An unscrupulous gang under the guise of conspiring is cheating the common man. They even collected a lot of money in this identity. But we want to make it clear that no such initiative has been taken from the coordinating council.

Rabi Coordinator of Anti-Discrimination Student Movement Meshkat Mishu said these things in a press statement held in front of Rajshahi University (RABI) Central Library on Monday (August 19).

He said, the reason for doing this program is that no one can take advantage of the identity of the coordinator. We have seen that you are standing at different places on the roads even when you don't need to. Henceforth you will be freed from traffic control, market monitoring and guarding of state institutions. As many as 10 students can take up positions at important intersections only at night if required. But definitely keep the ID card with you.

Meanwhile, in Rajshahi metropolis and district, students are moving away from all kinds of traffic control, market monitoring and guarding of state institutions. The interim government has already taken over after the revolution. Police and administration are back in charge. Therefore, considering the overall reality, the anti-discrimination student movement has taken some new decisions in this situation.

The decisions taken by them are – Students will withdraw from all kinds of traffic control, market monitoring and guarding of state institutions in Rajshahi metropolis and district. The police can be fully assisted in the overall improvement of the law and order situation. The anti-discrimination student movement has no coordinator in Rajshahi other than the Centrally Announced Coordinator Parishad. The Anti-Discrimination Student Movement is calling to resist all kinds of opportunities for financial transactions, benefits or exercise of power by any person under the identity of 'coordinator' including Rabi Parishad. Other activities in Rajshahi district and the metropolis will remain suspended for the time being except for the regular movement to protect the country's independence, sovereignty and against unjust oppression.
