Areas including Chittagong with a hint of rain

The Meteorological Department has said that temporary gusty winds with a maximum speed of 60 km per hour may occur over 8 regions of the country. This information was given in the weather forecast for the country's inland river ports till 1 pm on Saturday (September 7).

According to the forecast, there may be rain or thundershowers with gusty winds of 45 to 60 km per hour from south southeast direction over Tangail, Mymensingh, Sylhet, Comilla, Chittagong, Noakhali, Barisal and Patuakhali regions.

The river ports in these areas have been asked to display warning signal number 1.
