Hasnat Abdullah, convener of the anti-discrimination student movement, has called for protests over the attack on the Assistant High Commission of Bangladesh in Agartala, India. A delegation of six members submitted a memorandum to the Assistant High Commissioner of Bangladesh during the protest. At that time, a protester said that Chinmoy Krishna Das Prabhu is being treated inhumanely. He is not even given food. It is completely illegal and unacceptable.

The protesters said that Bangladesh's interim government had illegally arrested Hindu leaders and ISKCON members. It is completely illegal and inhumane. As Hindus we cannot tolerate attacks on Hindus. We demand his immediate release.
