Assistant Secretary General of Jamaat -e -Islami Hamidur Rahman Azad commented that Bangladesh would be denied if the liberation war was not accepted.

He said this in response to a question at the briefing of journalists after the meeting of the leaders of the political parties with the National Unity Commission at the Foreign Service Academy in the capital on Sunday afternoon. On that day, the Foreign Service Academy had a meeting with the National Unity Commission on the implementation process of July, where Jamaat -e -Islami was also there.

Speaking on the legal basis of the July Charter, he said, “We are reforing repeatedly to create a return to fascism.” That is why if it is issued called 'Constitution Order 2021', there is no opportunity to challenge anywhere and this is a legally strong position.

He said that the people's absolute intention of the people is mentioned in Article 4. Based on that, if this constitution order is the most powerful, it will be the most powerful. Then we said that the government could make it even more stronger later. That means energy on energy. The emphasis will be emphasized if the referendum is given again. Then there is no opportunity to open the hole. There will be no opportunity to challenge legal challenges or in any other way. We made this proposal.

A journalist there said that if no one means the July certificate, it is a matter of their political view. For this reason, can anyone 'disqualify' in politics?

In response, Azad said, “July is not a political viewpoint, it is a public.”

Then the journalist said, “How will those who do not accept the seventy -one, how will they choose?” Why do you say the July Charter will be accepted?

Responding to such a question, the Jamaat leader said, “We are doing politics in compliance with the legal process and constitutional process of Bangladesh. The country is going according to the Constitution of the seventy -one, amended at various times. Now that the context is created, the war of independence of Bangladesh is an achievement, we have repeatedly said. Bringing Bangladesh but everyone is doing politics. We are so. So there is no chance of pulling behind. If the liberation war is not accepted, Bangladesh will be denied. So how will the election question come. Various political parties have been urging Jamaat to 'apologize' for crimes against humanity in the 1970s.
