Its beauty has been enhanced by the few days of rain. The highway has now turned into a magnificent scene of beauty. Gazing out the window of a vehicle immediately brings peace to anyone's mind. It has been found that different types of flower trees are planted on the divider so that the light of the headlights of one lane vehicle does not fall on the opposite lane vehicle. These flowering plants include Heimanti, Kurchi, Togar, Radhachura, Kanchan, Sonalu, Krishnachura, Kadam, Bakul, Palash, Kabri, Cassia and Jarul.

Roads and Public Paths (SOAZ) Department sources said that the Roads and Public Paths (SOAZ) Department planted various types of flower trees in an area of ​​about 143 km from Daudkandi in Comilla to Chittagong City Gate. More flowers are seen in Comilla, Feni.

Saiful Islam, a college teacher traveling on the highway, said, I travel from Comilla to Munshiganj every day. It is very nice to see a flower garden sometimes on the highway. Day by day the attraction of such beautiful flower garden is increasing on the highway.

Every day about 80 thousand vehicles regularly move through this highway. Dhaka-Chittagong highway is called the life line of the country's economy. As vehicles including buses, trucks and micro buses ply the highway, the flowers sway in the wind. As if swaying to greet the various types of vehicles plying on the highway. Passengers are so impressed by the beauty of the road that many times they get off the bus and take pictures with the flowers.

Rashed Khan, a commuter who works in a private pharmaceutical company from Dhaka to Feni every week, said, I come to Feni every Thursday and leave Dhaka on Saturday afternoon or early Sunday morning. Having a divider in the middle of the road reduces accidents. Again, the divider looks very beautiful as there are many kinds of flower arrangements. Passengers can be seen taking pictures of flowers through the windows of the bus with their mobile phones when the bus is sometimes stuck in a jam.

Hriday Hasan, working in Dhaka District Police, said, I travel from Dhaka to Comilla 3/4 times every month. The decoration of various types of hibari flowers in the center of the divider has enhanced the beauty of the highway.

Jarul flower is considered as cherry flower of Bengal. Travelers are mesmerized by the beauty of flowers on the dividers of the Dhaka-Chittagong highway.
