A few days ago, Sourav secretly went to Dhaka to inform Abraham's father, a resident of Mymensingh, about their marriage. Uncle Ilyas Ali and his family killed Sourav after knowing the matter. Mymensingh District Superintendent of Police Machum Ahmed Bhuiyan gave this information on Tuesday.

Superintendent of Police said that Sourav, a university student, was in love with Eva, the daughter of uncle Elias Ali. But Eva married a man named Abraham from Canada 3 years ago. Eva's father Elias could not accept the marriage with Abraham. However, without divorcing that husband, Eva married her cousin Saurabh again. A few days ago, Eva and Saurabh got married secretly in Dhaka. And after this marriage, Eva's family was furious.

Sourav came to Mymensingh from Dhaka on the evening of June 1. Eva's brother calls her and takes her to the house in Gohailkandi area. Later Ilyas and his brother-in-law Ahaduzzaman Farooq killed him first by hitting him on the head with a knife. Later the body was left in the bathroom. His body was then cut into pieces with a chapati.

Later, they bought a new luggage from Mymsingh's Ganginarapara area to hide the body. The CCTV footage of the luggage store basically confirmed their involvement in the murder.

Ahaduzzaman Farooq, Ilyas' brother-in-law, was arrested from Dhaka in a joint operation by the police and DB, and later Ilyas, the uncle of deceased Sourav, was arrested from the border area of ​​Dhobaura based on his information. The private car driver Hannan was also arrested later in the incident.

The police also said that after Eva's marriage with Sourav on May 12, she was sent to Canada on May 16. It is also reported that he went to Canada on a student visa.
