Farnborough International Airshow Appoints Showlite as Official Exhibition Services Supplier To Deliver Largest in 76 Year History

Farnborough International has appointed Showlite as the Official Exhibition Services Supplier for the Farnborough International Airshow 2026 and 2028. This renewed appointment also sees Showlite take on an expanded scope of responsibility for FIA’s newly announced sixth hall, which will make the 2026 event the largest edition in Farnborough International’s history.

Positioned at the apex of the international aerospace industry, the Farnborough International Airshow (FIA) is one of the UK’s most prestigious and influential business exhibitions, attracting global aerospace, space and defence leaders to showcase innovation, secure multi-billion-pound deals and shape the future of aviation. Held every two years, the 2024 show welcomed 1,427 exhibitors across more than one million square feet of exhibition space and generated more than £105bn in commercial deals. The 2026 show is already breaking records, and sold out more than 12 months in advance, enabling the organisation to expand its exhibition space into a brand new, sixth hall. 

As the Official Exhibition Services Supplier, Showlite will once again oversee all exhibition build elements including shell schemes, electrical installation, carpeting, feature areas & lounges. Graphic production will be created by Ottimo Digital – Showlite’s sister company.  The expanded brief brings additional logistical complexity and scale, reinforcing Showlite’s critical role encompassing logistical planning, on-time delivery and sustainability reporting – ensuring every detail meets Farnborough’s ambition to become carbon-neutral by 2030.
