Feni's flower was drowned in flood water. The deceased was resident of Daulatpur Bandua.

According to local sources, at 8am today, he went out with a light fever with a fishing (fishing equipment in the native language) for fishing. Family members were worried that he did not return home till noon. Then when the news of his disappearance spread, the locals started searching for him.

His body was recovered from the place where he went fishing before Maghrib today.

The Civil Surgeon's Office said this was the first death in Feni this year's flood.
