How third gender people perform Hajj

Hijra or third gender people are considered full human beings in Islam. The fact that they are born differently is part of the diversity of God's creation. Allah Ta'ala says in the Holy Qur'an:

He shapes you in the womb as He wills, there is no true God but Him; (He is) Mighty Mighty, Wise. (Surah Al-Imran, verse: 6).

In another verse Allah says:

'And among His signs is the creation of the heavens and the earth and the diversity of your languages and colors. Surely there are many signs in it for the wise.' (Surah Rum, verse 22)

Through these verses of the Qur'an it is understood that people are not divided on the basis of body, shape and behavior. Nowhere in the Qur'an-Hadith is it directed to call people evil or belittle them based on any of their faults. All humans are equal to Allah Ta'ala, flawless or flawed, and all types of humans will be questioned on the field of Hashar.

The beauty of human form has no value in the eyes of Allah Ta'ala. Shape and beauty is the gift of Allah. He sees the beauty and deeds of human hearts. In a hadith, Abu Hurairah RA. Described from —

The Messenger of Allah, may God bless him and grant him peace, said, “Surely Allah Ta'ala does not see your bodies and your shape, but He sees your hearts and deeds.” (Sahih Bukhari, Hadith: 5144, 6066, Muslim, Hadith: 2564, Tirmidhi, Hadith: 1134, 1988, Nasa’i, Hadith: 3239)

So transgenders are also human beings. It is fard for Hijras to observe everything including Namaz, Fasting, Hajj, Zakat. If any of them have the wealth to make Hajj obligatory, they must also perform Hajj.

However, in terms of appearance and behavior, male hijras will perform Hajj like men and female hijras will perform Hajj like women. While performing Hajj male hijras should wear Ihram like men and female hijras should wear normal feminine clothes like women.

Female hijras must choose a mahram male to perform Hajj and he will follow all the rules of Hajj like women.

It is mentioned in the Qur'an, 'And whoever does good deeds, whether male or female, if he is a believer, they will enter Paradise.' (Surah Mu'min, verse 40)
