If you take a day off, you will get 4 days off

The birth date of Lord Krishna of Sanatan Dharma followers will be August 26 (Monday). On the occasion of the day, there will be a public holiday on that day. One day before this holiday there is a two-day weekly holiday. By doing this, only taking that one day off in between, the government and bank employees will get a total of four days long leave.

That is, Friday and Saturday (August 23 and 24) are already weekends. After that, the office is open again on Sunday (August 25). In that case, government and bank employees can spend four consecutive days off on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday if they take leave on that day.

Earlier, the Ministry of Public Administration published the list of public holidays on October 25, 2024 last year. It was then informed that in 2024, there will be 22 days holiday in general and executive orders. Two of these days fall on Friday as a weekend.
