Bangladesh Railway has approved the opening of four pairs of special trains in the wake of the party's petition on the occasion of July 7, Bangladesh Jamaat -e -Islami. The Jamaat has paid Tk 12 lakh in advance for the rent of this special train, the Railway Ministry said.

Meanwhile, various misleading campaigns are being noticed on social media surrounding the decision, adding that the opening of the special train has not disrupted the normal rules of the rail.

This was stated in a press release sent by Public Relations Officer Rezaul Karim Siddiqui on Friday evening.

According to the notice, in the past, Bangladesh Railway has a special train management in the wake of their application on the occasion of major programs of various political parties. Due to the public gathering or similar programs of the political party, allowing a special train to manage a specific train in terms of their application is a casual work of Bangladesh Railway.

If you do not allow such special trains to operate, controlling regular trains on different routes becomes extremely difficult and difficult for Bangladesh Railway. In that case, political party leaders do not get enough time and opportunity for tickets to go to the desired destination, so the tendency to travel free of charge is increased. Bangladesh Railway was deprived of the desired revenue.

On the other hand, the party leaders will be able to travel on the train without paying permission to operate a special train. In this, Bangladesh Railway will be able to earn the desired revenue, the general passengers of other trains will get rid of the additional sufferings.

The four pairs of special trains will be operated by the scheduled rack on the weekly off-day. Moreover, the weekends of the weekly holidays are usually low in the normal demand of the passengers. As a result, no regular traveling train journey will be disrupted for the management of these trains, that is, it will not have any effect on the ordinary passengers who regularly travel on these routes. On the occasion of the rally of Bangladesh Jamaat -e -Islami, they have paid the rent of special train in advance for about 12 lakh cash, so that the revenue of the railway has increased.

The Railway Ministry also said that it is a commercial decision of Bangladesh Railway, it has nothing to do with party politics. The decision has been made by following the previous rules. A similar decision will be made in the future in the context of the application of any political party. There is no chance of spreading confusion or propaganda on this issue.
