A juror in Hunter Biden’s federal gun trial was dismissed this week, shortly after the jury was selected for the case in Wilmington, Delaware.

On Tuesday, CNN reported that one juror was dismissed this morning after they emailed the court to explain that they were unaware they’d have to be there everyday and currently live an hour away.

“So, we lost a juror,” Judge Maryellen Noreika said upon entering the courtroom on Tuesday, CNN reported.

This is a developing story that will be updated as more information becomes available.
