BNP Chairperson and former Prime Minister Begum Khaleda Zia has returned home from Evercare Hospital in the capital after treatment.
On Friday (October 17) around 11:30 p.m., he returned to his rented house 'Firoza' in Gulshan. Earlier, his convoy left the hospital around 11 pm. Shayrul Kabir Khan, a member of BNP's media cell, confirmed the matter.
BNP Standing Committee member Dr. AZM Zahid Hossain said that Khaleda Zia's physical condition is currently stable. He was taken home on the advice of the medical board.
Last Wednesday (October 15), Khaleda Zia was admitted to Evercare Hospital for a routine health check-up. Before this, he returned home after a health check-up at the same hospital last August.
