Law Secretary Golam Sarwar OSD

Secretary of Law and Justice Department of the Ministry of Law. Golam Sarwar has been OSD. On Thursday (September 5), sources in the Ministry of Law confirmed the matter to Dhaka Post.

Earlier on August 13, Law Ministry Joint Secretary Sheikh Golam Mahbub was transferred to Law Commission and Bikash Kumar Saha was made OSD. This matter has been informed in the notification signed by Deputy Secretary (Administration) of the Ministry of Law Mohammad Osman Haider.

According to the notification, in consultation with the Supreme Court of Bangladesh, the following members of the Bangladesh Judicial Service have been appointed or transferred to the positions and workplaces mentioned next to their names until they are transferred from their current workplaces.

Joint Secretary Bikash Kumar Saha has been attached to the Department of Law and Justice. Joint Secretary Sheikh Gholam Mahbub was transferred to the Law Commission.

The notification also said that the officers are requested to join the transferred post immediately after handing over the charge of the present post to the officer nominated by the Head of Department on August 13.
