Co-Chairman of Jatiya Party (Roshan) Sahidur Rahman Tepa has sent a legal notice to GM Kader for politically and socially degrading Rahgir Al Mahi Saad, elder son of late Jatiya Party Chairman HM Ershad, from the party.
A legal notice sent to GM Quader's political office on Saturday (March 23) said that Saad Ershad was elected as the co-chairman of the Jatiya Party Council on March 9.
Adv. According to the notice signed by Masudur Rahman, Rahgir Al Mahi Saad Ershad's political status and social dignity have been undermined in public by staging the alleged escape drama and publishing it in various media. 100 crore defamatory damages have been done in this.
Besides, Section 499 of the Penal Code and Section 29 (1) (2) of the Digital Security Act have been committed for publishing defamatory information.

Incidentally, in a circular signed by GM Quader's follower Mahmud Alam on Thursday (March 21), Jatiya Party presidium member Sahidur Rahman Tepa, chairman's advisor MA Quddus Khan, organizational secretary Mahmuda Rahman Munni, provincial affairs secretary Khorshud Alam Khoo, religious affairs secretary SM Zubair, Joint Organizing Secretary Sujan Dey, Sharfuddin Ahmed Shipu, Sharmin Parveen Liza, Joint Publicity Secretary Sheikh Masuk Rahman and Joint Women Affairs Secretary Shahnaz Parveen were relieved.
Meanwhile, before being released from the post of the party, these released leaders avoided the leadership of GM Quader and joined a separate Jatiya Party under the leadership of Begum Roshan Ershad, the main sponsor of the Jatiya Party and former opposition leader. Saad Ershad, Sahidur Rahman Tepa were elected as co-chairmen in the council. The rest of the leaders are serving in various positions.
