Lover Shamim Hossain (35) is the son of Mohiuddin Sheikh of Sharifabad Khardia village of Gharua union of the upazila. Malaysian young woman Swaila Binte Abdur Rahman (37). He is a restaurant employee in Malaysia.
It is known that this is Suyla's second marriage. Divorced her first husband four years ago. On the other hand, Shamim Hossain has been living in Malaysia for five years. His visa was for construction. Three years ago Swaila ran an online flower business. Their identity is based on that.
Love from acquaintance followed by the dream of building a house. Swaila came to Bangladesh from Malaysia to fulfill that dream. Meanwhile, after the wedding, the young lady went to her in-laws house around 11:30 pm on Sunday after getting dressed as a bride. The in-laws welcomed him. Hundreds of villagers thronged Shamim's house to catch a glimpse of the bride.
In this regard, Shamim Hossain said, 'I go for construction visa. I could not marry because the law of that country prohibits me from marrying a Malaysian citizen. I was just waiting. I have been in a relationship with him for three years. I came home last December when my visa expired. I used to talk to him constantly. Swaila finally agreed to come to Bangladesh and build a house. After many struggles with her family, Swaila came to Bangladesh after convincing everyone. I got married to him that night. Maybe now the rest of the work will be done with fanfare.'
Bride Swaila said in her words, 'I am impressed by the love of the people of Bangladesh and in-laws. I rushed to Shamim after taking a month's leave to build a house. I am very happy.'
Meanwhile, Gharua Union Parishad (UP) Chairman Mansoor Ahmed Munshi said, 'I do not know about the matter. However, I can inform you after inquiry.'
