Missing Afsan's mother identified in DNA test – Bangladesh Diplomat

The body of the student Afsan Ohir's mother Afsana Priya was identified seven days after the disappearance in the plane crash at Milestone School and College in the capital.

The body of Priya was identified by DNA examination on Thursday afternoon.

The deceased was identified as Afsana Priya, wife of Wahab Mridha of Mediashulai village of Tapair union in Kaliakir upazila of Gazipur.

According to family sources, Priya's son Ohi is a third grade student at Milestone School and College. Priya used to take the boy to school every day. On Monday, Ohik sat in the guardian room through the school classroom. Once the boy left the classroom, Priya went in to fetch the boy's bag. At this time the plane crashed in the school building. Many were killed. Parents are running a lot to find their children. Although Ohik was found, his mother went missing since the incident. He could not be found despite many searches. Later, members of the CID's DNA Lab collected a total of 5 DNA samples from the bodies and body of Dhaka CMH. A total of 5 women's DNA profiles are available by analyzing these samples. The profile from the collected samples and the incident from the collected sample and the incident till July 25, the identity of the 3 bodies has been confirmed by analyzing the profile of a total of 5 members of the 4 families.
