Murder case against Sheikh Hasina-Shamim Osman in Narayanganj

Shahnaz Begum, the wife of the deceased Milon, filed the murder case at Siddhirganj Police Station as the plaintiff. The deceased Milon used to trade fish in Siddhirganjpool area. His village home is in Jhatka village of Angaria union in Dumki police station of Patuakhali.
One of the accused in that case is Shamim Osman's son Ayan Osman, nephew Ajmeri Osman and Narrayanganj Metropolitan Awami League Organizing Secretary Shah Nizam.
Narayanganj Additional Superintendent of Police (Administration) Ameer Khosru confirmed the matter of the case.
Plaintiff Shahnaz Begum mentioned in the statement of the case that on July 21, the leaders-activists supported by Awami League and their affiliated organizations came together with fire-arms, pistols, shotguns, cocktails, batons to suppress the anti-discrimination student movement and caused disruption to the movement of vehicles on the Dhaka-Chittagong highway and created panic among the public. made Accused Sheikh Hasina, Obaidul Quader and Asaduzzaman Khan ordered to shoot and attack the students indiscriminately. The accused fired cocktails at the students on the streets and created fear by shooting and beating them with indigenous weapons. Then Milon was shot in the chest on his way home from the fish trap around 12 noon and fell down on the road. He was rescued and taken to the Pro-Active Hospital located in the Signboard area, where the doctors on duty declared him brought dead.
Earlier, the deceased's elder brother filed a case against 48 people including former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, Awami League General Secretary and former Minister of Road Transport and Bridges Obaidul Quader, former Member of Parliament Shamim Osman for the murder of Abul Hasan (20) in Missionpara area of ​​the city on August 5 at Narayanganj Sadar Model Police Station.
