Naval Safety Week begins on Tuesday

Maritime Safety Week 2024 is starting on Tuesday (June 4) with the theme of 'Pollution-free rivers and safe boats, contribute to building a smart Bangladesh'. Maritime Safety Week will continue till June 10 in all divisional, district towns and important river ports across the country.

Maritime Safety Week will be observed this year as every year under the overall supervision of the Ministry of Shipping to create public awareness for creating an accident-free shipping system. President and Prime Minister delivered messages on the occasion of Naval Safety Week.

Naval Safety Week-2024 Inauguration Ceremony organized at Bangladesh Shishu Academy Auditorium in Dhaka on Tuesday (June 4). State Minister for Shipping Khalid Mahmud Chowdhury will be present as the chief guest and inaugurate it.
