New Head of Operations for Tecna

Exhibition and brand experience specialist Tecna has appointed Paul Davies as its new Head of Operations.

With over 25 years of experience in high-performance sport and operational leadership, Davies brings a wealth of expertise in team development, strategy, and process optimisation. His career highlights include senior performance roles at the British Paralympic Association, English Institute of Sport, British Wheelchair Basketball and England Netball, where he guided the team to its first world title in over six decades.

He also played a key role in the London 2012 Olympics, delivering medical services for the Volleyball tournament. Most recently, he served as CEO of the British Mountaineering Council, overseeing a £4.1 million budget, driving governance reform, and delivering significant membership growth.

In his new role at Tecna, Paul will draw on his performance and operational leadership to optimise workflows, continue the development of high-performing teams and deliver seamless, high impact exhibition and event experiences.
