It started raining in Sylhet around 11 pm on Friday (April 26). Earlier, the wind started blowing in the city after eight o'clock in the night. Later in the night it rained.
During this time, many people can be seen coming down to the road to take a rain shower. At the end of the day's heat, the city residents expressed their excitement after getting a touch of rain. Meteorologists say that the maximum temperature in the district is 35 degrees and the minimum is 20 degrees. Meteorologists advise to plant more trees to reduce the heat. Sylhet recorded the highest summer temperature of 39 degrees in 2014. The people of Sylhet have never seen more heat than this.
Also, the weather forecast on Friday evening informed that the trend of rainfall may increase in the northeastern and southeastern parts of the country towards the end of the extended five days.
