In exchange for the blood and lives of the students, the long 16-year dictatorship in Bangladesh has come to an end. On August 5, Sheikh Hasina resigned from the post of Prime Minister and fled the country in a mass uprising by students. The fall of Sheikh Hasina and the new Bangladesh of the student population has completed 1 month today.

Today is a memorable day for everyone and everyone is making memories around the day. Although Sheikh Hasina's downfall was mainly around the long march of students on August 5, it was decided to hold this long march on August 6 first. However, the decision was changed shortly and it was announced on March 5. Sheikh Hasina fell on this day.

Maulana Mizanur Rahman Azhari, a popular Islamic thinker of the time, applauded this decision to advance the students' long march by one day. And he called this decision the best decision.

On his verified Facebook ID, he said, “The best decision of youth was – 'Long March to Dhaka, not tomorrow, tomorrow'.”

Incidentally, at the beginning of July, Sheikh Hasina compared the students who were agitating for quota reform in government jobs to Razakar. The students protested in the streets on his comments. Not understanding the language of the students' protest, the ruling Awami League and Chhatra League attacked the students. Female students were also beaten to death. That attack sowed the seeds of the mass explosion.

As a result, Sheikh Hasina was forced to resign and flee the country in the mass uprising of the students on August 5.
