The accused who was sentenced to death in Feni was also unparalleled

Feni's Fulgazi Upazila Chairman and former Upazila Awami League president Ekramul Haque Ekram assassination has completed five years today. The brutal murder has been completed for five years but the accused has not yet been arrested. All of the accused were shot dead by the opposition opponent Ekram at Feni City Academy on May 27, 2009, and burned the opponent with a car. If the killers were arrested one after another, the mask was revealed in the incident. Ekram was killed because of the party's interruption. When the names of the Raghav-Boals came up with the murder, the killers went to hide.

After the murder, the locals were burned. Fulgazi Upazila has observed various programs for the month, including strike-blockade-protests. In the murder of Ekram, his elder brother Rezaul Haque Jasim filed a case against 3-5 people. Abul Kalam Azad, the investigating officer of the case, filed a chargesheet (chargesheet) in the court on August 28, 2009. The court accepted the charge sheet of the murder case on November 12 of that year. Six months after the chargesheet was submitted, the court formed the case in the caseframe (trial). Later, the trial began by taking the testimony.

The verdict of the case was announced on March 7. In the verdict, four accused were sentenced to death and four were acquitted. Feni District and Sessions Judge Aminul Haque announced the verdict in the case. Among those who were killed are Joint General Secretary Jahangir Adel, Municipal Commissioner Abdullahil Mahmud Shiblu. Fulgazi Upazila Awami League Organizing Secretary Zahid Chowdhury and Feni District Women's Awami League General Secretary and Feni Zilla Parishad Panel Chairman Nilufa Yasmin Bar Moni's son Abidul Islam Abid were present. Police witnessed four people in the case.

Of them, there are 20 general witnesses. Of the arrested, six accused confessed responsibility for the murder and made confessional statements under section 5 in the court. Only two pistols and several chapatis were recovered between multiple chapatis and five pistols used in the murder. Twenty -two convicted in the case are in jail. Three people are released on bail and are absconding. 5 have been absconding since the beginning. RAB was killed in a crossfire while a bread was on bail.
