Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has ordered the release of ordinary students detained after the violence surrounding the quota reform movement.
He said, every murder will be prosecuted.
The Prime Minister said this in a meeting with the leaders of Professional Coordination Council at Ganabhaban on Saturday. Earlier, Sheikh Hasina called for a dialogue with the agitating students, saying that the door of Ganobhaban is always open for them.
At that time, the head of government announced the cancellation of the proposed pension system in universities, autonomous institutions and government institutions.

Earlier, Awami League President and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina tasked three leaders of the party to sit with the coordinators of the ongoing quota reform movement in an emergency meeting at Ganobhaban on Friday night.
According to media reports, Awami League presidium members Advocate Jahangir Kabir Nanak, Joint General Secretary Mahbubul Alam Hanif and AFM Bahauddin Nashim were given responsibility.
At the same time, the prime minister appointed a team of three responsible leaders to discuss with the agitators. He also directed to include senior leaders of 14 party alliance in this team.
