The price of gold rose again to a new record. The price of gold has been increased again in the country's market. The new price has been increased to a maximum of Tk 1,505. As a result of price increase, the price of good quality i.e. 22 carat gold has increased to Tk 1 lakh 26 thousand 6. This price of gold is the highest in the history of the country.

This information was informed in the notification signed by Enamul Haque Bhuiya Liton, Vice Chairman of the Price Determination and Price Monitoring Standing Committee of Bangladesh Jewelers Association (BAJUS) on Thursday.

It is said that the price of acidic gold has increased in the local market. So taking into account the overall situation Bajus has fixed the new price of gold, which will be effective from Friday.

According to the new prices, the price of best quality or 22 carat (11.664 grams) gold is Tk 1 lakh 26 thousand 6, 21 carat gold is Tk 1 lakh 20 thousand 279, 18 carat is Tk 1 lakh 3 thousand 98 and traditional method Each load of gold will be sold at 85 thousand 241 taka.

From August 20, the price of best quality or 22 carat gold (11.664 grams) is Tk 1 lakh 22 thousand 985, 21 carat gold is Tk 1 lakh 17 thousand 398, 18 carat is Tk 1 lakh 625 and traditional method gold is Rs. Sold for 83 thousand 199 taka.
