Rain and his family declined to talk to the media on whether the marriage was formalized. However, Chinese youth Shi Jing Yu confirmed the matter.

Lawyers of the Kushtia court said that the Chinese youth, who came to Kushtia in love, left Buddhism and embraced Islam. He has come to marry the rain and set foot on a new life.
