The government has made major changes at the top level of Bangladesh Ansar and Village Defense Forces. 9 officers have been transferred in the rank of Deputy Director General (DDG) of Forces.

This information has been informed in a notification signed by Fauzia Khan, Deputy Secretary of Ansar Branch-1, Public Security Department of the Ministry of Home Affairs on the order of the President.

The officers transferred are – Ansar Academy Deputy Commander Nurul Hasan Faridi to Khulna Range, Chittagong Range DDG Saifullah Russell to Headquarters (Operations), Khulna Range DDG Shah Ahmad Fazle Rabbi to Rajshahi Range, Sylhet DDG Mohammad Abdul Awal to Mymensingh and Rajshahi Range DDG Kamrun Nahar to Ansar Academy. Made Deputy Commander. Besides, DDG Operation Fakhrul Alam of Headquarters has been transferred to Barisal Range, DDG Saifur Rahman of Mymensingh Range has been transferred to Chittagong Range, DDG Ashraful Alam of Barisal Range has been transferred to Dhaka Range and DDG Ziaul Hasan of Dhaka Range has been transferred to Sylhet Range.

According to the notification, this order issued in public interest will be implemented immediately.
