Three families claim the body of an orphaned child

Three families have claimed the body of an orphaned child in Suhrawardy Hospital in the capital. Families of children who went missing during the anti-discrimination student movement believe that their children may have been killed by opponents of the movement or by the police. It can be seen on the surface that his mother Jamila is mad after losing the rich Jaminul Islam. He said that 13-year-old Jaminul went missing from Savar in Dhaka.

Rajiv Ali and Jamila couple claim that their child was killed during the anti-discrimination student movement. So the bereft body in Suhrawardy hospital morgue is their child.

Parents of 13-year-old child Shamim of Mohammadpur also claim this body. They say, looking at the information of Surathal's report, they think that the dead body in the morgue may be that of Shamim.

The family of Shaheen Hussain of Gulistan, who went missing during the student movement, also claims that since their missing child is 13 years old, and the body's age is 13 years old in the autopsy report, it could be Shaheen's body.

The hospital authorities said that the DNA samples of the body claimants have been collected. After identification, the body of the child will be handed over to the next of kin.

Shaheed Suhrawardy Medical College Hospital Deputy Director Dr. Nand Dulal Saha told the media that samples of claimants are being collected. Their DNA will be tested. Whoever matches, the body will be legally returned to him.
