Thunderstorm forecast will continue for three consecutive days


There is a continuous heatwave in the country. Somewhere in between, the heat wave has become very intense. Meanwhile, the Meteorological Office said that two parts of the country may experience continuous rain for the next three days. Along with that, there may be scattered hailstorms at some places. During this time, the prevailing heat wave may subside from some places.

According to the 24-hour forecast from 6:00 pm on Tuesday, the department said that there may be temporary gusty or windy rain or rain with thunder in two places in Chittagong and Sylhet divisions. Along with that, there may be scattered hailstorms at some places. Elsewhere in the country, the weather will remain mainly dry with partly cloudy sky.

It is said about the heat wave of this time, extremely intense heat wave is flowing over Jessore, Kushtia, Chuadanga, Pabna, Rajshahi, Bagerhat and Satkhira districts and intense heat wave is flowing over Tangail, Faridpur, Gopalganj, Narayanganj, Sirajganj, Dinajpur and Khulna districts. Elsewhere in the country, mild to moderate heat waves are prevailing and may continue.

Regarding the temperature of this day, the Meteorological Department said that the day and night temperatures may remain almost unchanged across the country. Excess water vapor may cause discomfort.

The forecast for the second day says that there may be rain or thundershower with gusty winds temporarily at some places of Sylhet division and two places of Chittagong division and also scattered hailstorm at some places. Elsewhere in the country, the weather will remain mainly dry with partly cloudy sky.
