The Appellate Division Chamber Judge Court did not stay the High Court's order asking private television channels to stop broadcasting TV for 7 days. However, the court has fixed the date of hearing in the Appellate Division on 25 August (Sunday) for the hearing of this application. As a result, the television broadcast will be stopped until this time, the lawyers said.
Due to this reason TV is closed for the time being. However, the online news portal of the television is active.
In view of the application made by the managing director of Time TV, Ahmed Jobair, on Wednesday (August 21), Justice of the Appellate Division. The chamber judge led by Ashfaqul Islam gave this order.

Last Monday (August 19) after 12:00 PM, the private satellite television channel was stopped broadcasting. Earlier, the High Court ordered that the broadcasting of Time TV should be stopped for seven days. A High Court bench comprising Justice Naima Haider and Justice Shashank Shekhar Sarkar gave the order on Monday.
