This time the murder case has been filed against the officer in a Dhaka court. In the case made on February 12, he was described as a 'guards of genocide'.

It is reported that Riaz Morshed Apu, 25, filed the case for murdering Ruma Begum of South Kutubkhali of Jatrabari. Victim Apu is mentioned in the case as his nephew. Awami League general secretary Obaidul Quader, former Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal, RAB officer Farid Uddin, were charged in the case.

The charges of the case, including Farid Uddin, were told that the students of the discriminatory students could not come forward to protect the Victim by guarding the scene and shot the weapons.

The RAB officer, which is in the front row to suppress the anti -discriminatory movement, changed the voal after the change. He was replaced as the CEO of APBN in the hill districts on September 7. This is where the leaders of the July movement are.

Abu Hanif, a member of the Higher Council of the People's Rights Council and media coordinator, said at a function recently that RAB-4 captain Farid Uddin had given a proud speech to suppress the movement of Jatrabari. But sadly this government did not take action against him, rewarded him. He has been promoted. It is our question of how such an officer is promoted without being encouraged in the face of justice.

After the promotion of Farid, in a post on social media Facebook, General Secretary of Dhaka Lawyers Association (Adhoc) Advocate Nazrul Islam wrote in a social media Facebook that the massacre of the coup in Jatrabari, will clear the movement in 5 minutes and the movement of the BNP-Jamaat. He has been appointed as CEO as a reward for the July assassination.

In this regard, he said, although sad, officers like Farid, the true Awami Fascist government, are being promoted without judging. Meanwhile, the officer has been reported to have been in his office since the case was filed and the student leaders' anger. Despite trying, Farid Uddin could not comment on the allegations.
