We have a specially designed aluminium portable roadway system, which can be used to carry anything from a 1000 tonne crane over a pristine block-paved surface to crowds of festival goers across muddy fields!

Our 2.4m x 3m aluminum DTH Panels have been evolved to offer substantial grip to the largest of vehicles whilst retaining a pedestrian friendly, anti slip/trip surface. We can also supply heavy duty composite panels, as well as medium duty man-handleable ground protection mats for pedestrian use.

We also recently announced the addition of two new, industry-pioneering out-of cab remote drive trucks to our fleet. These are a brand-new 26t Volvo 480HP Globetrotter and a Scania R460, offering a safer and more efficient method of on-site manoeuvring. This new forward-thinking technology allows our Installation Crew to drive to sites as normal, setup ready to lay or retrieve the Trackway at the rear of the truck using the lorry mounted Palfinger Epsilon Q150Z and SMC Trackway Clamp, and then engage a hydrostatic system via a remote drive control unit.

All of our projects include a thorough Health & Safety process to ensure that our team, clients and the general public are safe on-site. Our simple 3 step approach allows us to mitigate any risks through planning and deployments of our trackway and ground protection mats.

RAMS

Site specific RAMS are provided for each site by our qualified engineers to provide our clients with a safe system of work. Our team includes Appointed Person to provide lift plans and technical information together with qualified on-site lift supervisors.

Step 2

Planning

Site drawings and safety job packs are issued to all our crews for each site and Daily / Dynamic risk assessments are completed by our experienced supervisors and operators to mitigate any risks during site operations.

Step 3

Operations & PPE

All our specialist equipment is certified and checked prior to works commencing, All our staff are fully trained and wear full Personal Protective Equipment at all times during site operations.
