The 12-person jury assigned to former President Donald Trump’s hush money case has made a list of requests to Judge Juan Merchan as deliberations in the case begin.

According to Newsweek’s Katherine Fung, who was inside the courtroom Wednesday, the jury’s foreperson sent a handwritten note to Merchan at 2:56 p.m. EST with four different requests, including to rehear parts of testimony from prosecutor’s first witness, David Pecker, the former publisher of the National Enquirer.

Jurors are asking to be reread Pecker’s testimony regarding a phone call conversation he had with Trump while Pecker was in an investor meeting in New Jersey. The panel also wants to rehear Pecker’s testimony about his decision to not finalize and fund the assignment of life rights related to Karen McDougal, a former Playboy model, as well as Pecker’s testimony regarding a meeting at Trump Tower.

The foreperson’s note also requested to rehear testimony from Michael Cohen, Trump’s former “fixer” and personal attorney, about a meeting he had at Trump Tower.

A second jury request was sent to Merchan at 3:51 p.m. EST to rehear the judge’s instructions for the case, which were read by Merchan Wednesday morning.

Fung reported that both prosecutors and the defense team agreed on three of the juror’s requests: To rehear testimony about Pecker’s call with Trump, to rehear testimony about Pecker’s decision regarding McDougal, and to rehear Cohen’s testimony regarding the meeting at Trump Tower.

The third request regarding Pecker’s testimony about a meeting he had at Trump Tower has caused some debate between either side in the case, said Fung.
