Shafiq Rehman called Asif home

After six long years, renowned journalist Shafiq Rehman returned to the country on August 18 at noon. And he called musician Asif Akbar home. Artist Asif Akbar shared a picture of their meeting on Facebook on Monday (August 19) night.

He wrote in the caption, “Respected Shafiq Rehman, happy news, Begum Khaleda Zia is alive.” He saw the fall of dictatorship.

Asif also wrote, Alhamdulillah. We are happy about it. Love is endless.

During the interview, Asif Akbar handed over his autobiography book 'Akbar Fifty Not Out' to journalist Shafiq Rehman.
