Mass rally in Jagpa demanding justice for genocide

The Jatiya Gontantric Party (JAGPA) has held mass gatherings to demand justice for all the massacres directed by Sheikh Hasina, including the Pilkhana army massacre, October 28 (Logi-Baitha) massacre, Shapla Chattar massacre, student mob massacre in the anti-discrimination movement.

The party held a mass meeting in front of the National Press Club on Wednesday (August 21).

Maulana Abdul Halim, assistant secretary general of Jamaat-e-Islami, said in the mass meeting that the Awami League government has killed and disappeared countless people of Jamaat in the last fifteen years. Bangladesh unjustly hanged top leaders of Jamaat-e-Islami. Many leaders and activists of other political parties have also been killed. People could not sleep peacefully outside the house. Sheikh Hasina ruled Bangladesh through disappearances, murders and massacres. All the killings in the country were planned by India and on the orders of the Sheikh Hasina government. This time all murders will be tried in the international court.

In the President's speech, Jagpa Vice-President Rashed Pradhan said that Sheikh Hasina should be tried in the international court as the orderer of Pilkhana massacre, October 28 massacre, Shapla Chatter massacre and student crowd in the anti-discrimination movement. Awami League should be banned for all genocide. Only then will the Bangladesh of the future be a peace-loving Bangladesh.

Youth Jagpa President Nazrul Islam Bablu also spoke under the direction of Bangladesh Labor Party Chairman Lion Md. Farooq Rahman, Jagpa General Secretary Professor Iqbal Hossain, Bangladesh Muslim League Secretary General Kazi Abul Khair, Jagpa Presidium member Asadur Rahman Khan, Syed Shafiqul Islam, Md. Hasmat Ullah, Janata Adhikar Party Chairman Tariqul Islam Bhuiyan and others.
