Monirul's wife Additional Secretary Sayla Farzana OSD

Sayla Farzana, Additional Secretary attached to Public Administration Ministry, has been made Officer on Special Duty (OSD). Sayla is the wife of former Additional Inspector General of Police and Special Branch (SB) chief Monirul Islam. The government has already sent Monirul on compulsory retirement.

After that he did not go to the Ministry of Public Administration.
