The Los Angeles Rams are showing signs of being one of the best teams in the NFC thus far. So far, the team is 2-1, having dropped their first loss to the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 3.

Despite the 33-26 loss to the Eagles, Los Angeles showed plenty of fight. There were concerns for the offensive line due to injuries, and Matthew Stafford suffered a nagging back injury that nearly kept him out of the regular season, but the Rams continue to show plenty of grit.
Now, they are set to face another strong test on Sunday, as they face the undefeated Indianapolis Colts. The Colts are currently one of the best teams in the AFC behind resurgent quarterback Daniel Jones.
With a tough test upcoming, the Rams will need to ensure they play a high-quality brand of football to get past the Colts, who are arguably an even bigger challenge than the Eagles.

Unfortunately, the Rams may be without one of their most important stars for this huge matchup.
Rams star wide receiver Davante Adams has missed a second straight practice due to a hamstring injury. Having to DNP (Did Not Participate) statuses on practices is never a good sign.
If Adams lands on Friday’s final injury report with a DNP status, he might be fully ruled out come Saturday. The good news is that having a full week of DNP does not necessarily mean that a player cannot suit up, but hamstring injuries can be very tricky.
Based on the severity of the hamstring injury, Adams could end up missing more than one game. His not being available for the Colts showdown will be tough enough to deal with.
Adams has developed good chemistry with Stafford, picking up 213 yards and two touchdowns through three games thus far. His biggest game was in Week 2, when he secured 106 yards.
Adams, Puka Nacua, and Kyren Williams have become a trio of playmakers that the Rams cannot afford to have unavailable.
Adams will still have a chance to practice tomorrow and potentially have a “questionable” status attached to his Week 4 availability. However, if he goes into the game as “doubtful,” he may be ruled out sooner rather than later.
